Refund Policy
At Girbelt Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free return process makes it simple to request a return or exchange online.
1. Return Eligibility
We currently accept online returns only — no in-store returns are available at this time.
You can request a return within 40 days of receiving your order (based on the carrier’s delivery scan).
Requests made after this window are not eligible.
2. What’s Eligible for Return
You may return your order if it meets one of the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged, including carrier damage upon arrival.

The item is brand-new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Please note:

Items showing wear or use, missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery may be rejected.
3. Return Costs & Labels

Returns: Free prepaid return label (we’ll email a link to download and print).
A fixed $8 restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund. -
Exchanges: Allowed — a flat $8 shipping fee applies per exchange shipment.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email support@girbelt.shop within 40 days of delivery and include:

Your Order ID

A brief description of the issue

Photos clearly showing the item’s condition (and any defect, if applicable)
We review all requests within 2–3 business days.
If your request is approved:

We’ll send an RMA number and a link to download your free prepaid label (for returns).

For returns, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, we’ll send you an $8 exchange-shipping invoice/link before shipping the replacement.
Please pack your item securely in the original packaging and drop it off within 7 days of approval.
If your request is rejected, we’ll notify you by email and explain the reason.
5. Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange for another item or variant:

Indicate the desired replacement item when you contact us.

Pay the $8 exchange-shipping fee (we’ll send a quick pay link).

We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and verify your returned item.
6. Refunds (Timing & Method)
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

We’ll issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to display the refund.
7. Important Notes

All returns must be pre-approved; unsolicited packages may be refused.

Delays due to weather, carriers, or holidays are not grounds for refunds unless the product arrives damaged.

Use only the provided prepaid return label; we are not responsible for shipments sent via other services without tracking.

Always retain your Order ID and tracking information for reference.
